Sunday School and Faith milestones, our children's program focuses on Christian education, family, and relationships; exploring God's will within the world we live.

Here's some great resources for you and your child during this time of isolation!
Ages 3 through 6th grade break into small groups on Sundays at 9:30 AM during the school year. We use curriculum that follows the Lectionary series and incorporates fun hands-on activities. Special events focused on family participation are also celebrated throughout the year.

As part of our ministry with the Morning Star Preschool and Child Care Center, Pastor Chris provides fun and engaging chapel sessions with the kids.
Through-out their faith journey we note faith milestones: Baptism, Bible presentations, first communion, and confirmation.
Daily devotion books are published each church season. Copies are available in the Welcome Center.
FAITH5™ (Faith Acts In The Home) is a simple, easy-to-implement faith practice, perfect for incorporating into your bedtime routine for five to fifteen minutes a night.
ELCA devotional study series is available.
In preparation for Confirmation of Baptism, middle school students meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 in the large conference room during the school year. These sessions are lead by Pastor Chris. Watch the calendar for any changes to the schedule.
Sundays during the Sunday School hour there are programs for both middle school and high school students. sometimes they meet together, but usually they meet separately to discuss faith and challenges.
Experiencing a mission trip can be a milestone in one's faith journey. The Morning Star youth attend the ELCA Youth Gathering every 3 years in addition to more regular mission trips.
Wednesday Bible Studies
